I was able to bring the vehicle back, and Rob and Ivy went above and beyond to make things right for my family and me. They helped me transition out of the Jeep and into a Mazda that was available on the lot. Great inventory!

I leased a 2025 Sportage with H&H in late 2024. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted because it had just sold. They worked hard to find me another I would be happy with, which speaks to their large inventory. Both times I have driven from Lincoln for oil changes were very positive. The waiting area is great with a variety of seating for comfort, snacks, and drinks. You just can’t beat the overall excellent customer service experience from buying/leasing to maintainance. Had a miscommunication with the service department over which repairs were in fact "green lighted" ... after the service department did more repairs than I had agreed to, Colton and Jason were awesome about "owning" it, and offering a very fair refund. Kudos to these guys - much appreciated!
