Kia makes buying a used car problem free. All Kia certified used cars meet stringent criteria to qualify for the program. Not just any pre-owned Kia can make the cut. Each vehicle is evaluated by our service department to make sure it is problem free. To be considered the car must be well-maintained, no more than five years old, and have less than 60,000 miles.
If the car meets the above criteria it will be evaluated by a Kia certified technician. This ensures the each vehicle meets the tough guidelines Kia has set for the program. The participating dealer will also run a vehicle history report. Vehicles meeting the criteria will receive a 150-point inspection. Any problems found will be corrected to ensure the vehicle is as close to new condition as possible.
Kia wants all owners to feel piece of mind when purchasing a used vehicle. Only the “best of the best” pre-owned vehicles qualify for Kia’s certified program. All certified used Kia vehicles are covered by the following:
- An extended 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty;
- 10-year/unlimited mileage roadside assistance;
- Towing, rental car, and travel coverage;
- An available Kia Certified Wrap Service Contract, which offers additional coverage beyond the standard powertrain coverage.
